Overall I am quite proud of how my re-creation turned out. Although  it is not completely accurate I had fun putting it together. I originally wanted to have my dad hold a fork and, have them stand in front of the kitchen,  but my mom remembered that we had the two pronged sticks that we use for roasting marshmallows. So instead I had him hold that and sit in front of the grill. Then I looked at the American Gothic and saw that the man was looking at the viewer and the woman is looking off to the side, so I asked my parents to do that. I truly enjoyed this project because it took a lot of creativity and the outcome is amusing
