It was somewhat excruciating taking these photos only because gnats were swarming me, however, I believe it was worth it. While editing these photos I made sure any horizon lines were straight. I also made sure the horizon lines weren't in the center of the photo, so it wouldn't look strange. When editing, I played around with the filters and contrast of  the image. I also cropped out anything distracting. It was somewhat difficult to stay away from man made structures, but I just went to the nearest park that was big enough and once I got one the others became easier to find. I am quite pleased with my landscape photos I feel there is a simple beauty to nature that is easy to capture and I would like to do more.
